Update - 2026 Shipping Policy

We are in the process of transitioning our shipping and fulfillment for online orders to direct shipping with our new logistics partner, WineShipping based in Napa, California. Due to the regulatory complexity of shipping to each state, we are rolling out shipping and fulfillment on a state by state basis starting with California.

All residents of legal age within the state of California can purchase our wine online and have it shipped direct to their door. 

Additional states (as of May 27, 2026):

Nevada, Montana, Minnesota, Iowa, Oregon, Colorado, Florida, Texas

Washington - Approved but takes effect 9/30/2026

New York - Filed, no approval date yet

California Standard UPS Ground Shipping

Due to recent increases in the costs for shipping, we are no longer able to offer complimentary shipping within California. 

Flat Fee Shipping for Sol Rei Founder's Club Members

Shipping within California - For all tiers (4, 6, and 12-bottle) of our Sol Rei Founder’s Club members, we offer standard UPS ground shipping to your door or UPS Access Point for a flat fee of $30 in California.  If you need your wine shipped faster, we offer multiple options; however, you will be responsible for the full UPS shipping charge and the expedited handling fee. 

Shipping outside of California - For our 6 and 12-bottle tier Sol Rei Founder's Club members, we offer standard UPS ground shipping to your door or UPS Access Point for a flat fee of $30. 

Extreme Temperatures

We use pulp inserts and paper packaging that provide shock absorbency and insulation from extreme external temperatures. If shipping to states with high summer temperatures, we will ship with ice packs; however, we reserve the right to delay shipment if temperatures are excessive.
