Direct to Your Door Wine Delivery

Order Processing (Updated 3/2026).  We have recently switched our order fulfillment and shipping procedures. We use OrderPort software for all online and in-store purchases. For online e-commerce orders, they are routed to our storage and fulfillment partner, Wineshipping based in Napa, California. 

Standard UPS Ground Shipping. We strive to ship orders out next business day. When your shipment is underway, we/Wineshipping will send an email with tracking information. If you need your wine shipped faster than standard UPS Ground, please notify us (customerservice@solreiwine.com) and we will make special arrangements on your behalf. Please note that expedited shipping has additional shipping and handling charges.

Adult Signature Required - Alternative to Home Delivery. Due to alcohol beverage laws, an adult signature is required for receipt of the delivery. If this is an issue, in advance of your order being shipped, please reach out to customerservice@solreiwine.com if you would like the wine delivered to a UPS Access Point (https://www.ups.com/dropoff/) rather than your home address for pick up at your convenience.

Extreme Temperatures. We use pulp inserts and paper packaging that provide shock absorbency and insulation from extreme external temperatures. If shipping to states with high summer temperatures, we will ship with ice packs; however, we reserve the right to delay shipment if temperatures are excessive.

 As a wine lover, we want the delivery of your wine to be friction free so you can focus on uncorking instead of package tracking.
